Debbi Lannon-Smith
Vice President – Human Resources
Debbi Lannon-Smith joined Isola in April 2011 as Vice President of Human Resources. She provides global leadership in the development and implementation of policies, programs and services related to employment practices and procedures; including employee relations, employee benefits, recruitment and compensation.
Prior to joining Isola, Debbi worked at Stirling Energy Systems, Inc., a late-stage development company involved in the solar power industry, where she was the senior executive responsible for human resources. Debbi has previously led the HR initiatives for several companies in the semiconductor industry, including Microsemi, International Rectifier and ON Semiconductor.
Debbi was one of the first in the country, and the first in the State of Arizona, to attain Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University.
