Michael Gastonguay
Vice President, Quality – Operational Excellence
Mike Gastonguay joined Isola as Corporate Vice President, Quality – Operational Excellence in March 2011. Mike works closely with the operating and quality teams in each of the regions to develop and implement company-wide processes and systems to achieve quality and operational improvements that ultimately benefit our customers. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Mike joined Isola from Avaya, Inc. where he was the senior executive responsible for implementing company-wide Lean Six Sigma activities and processes. Prior to Avaya, Mike spent many years with the GE Corporation, including senior positions with Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences, Energy, and Aerospace Electronic Systems, focusing at each of these GE business units on quality and operational improvements.
Mike has a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mike is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
