Isola and ITEQ Settle Patent Dispute

CHANDLER, ARIZONA, November 20, 2008 Isola Group S.a.r.l., a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of high performance base materials for the printed circuit board industry, today announced that it has settled its patent dispute with ITEQ corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, ITEQ shall not make, use, sell, offer for sale, or distribute its product 200DK or any other products that fall within the scope of any claims of the R.O.C. invention patent Nos. 142122 and 123529 and U.S. Patent Nos. 6,187,852, 6,322,885 and 6,509,414 (“the Patents at Issue”) anywhere in the world. ITEQ stipulates and admits the validity and enforceability of the Patents at Issue. The financial details of the agreement are confidential and will not be disclosed.
