What Are Interconnect Defects?

In part 2 of this two-part video series focused on interconnect defects (ICDs), guidelines for eliminating ICDs are presented. For debris-type ICDs, detailed troubleshooting methodologies used to determine root causes and solutions are presented. For separation-type ICDs, the importance of the strength of interconnects is emphasized along with the identification of interconnect issues and problems. Best practices for avoiding ICDs are an integral part of this presentation.
