Distributor Announcement

Isola USA Corp. has entered into exclusive agreements with TCT Circuit Supply, EMX Enterprises Limited and EMX US Inc. to distribute Isola products in North America, effective September 3, 2023. Isola will continue to work with Insulectro, its current distributor, to supply distribution customers in North America until September 2, 2023.

Under the new agreements, TCT Circuit Supply will be responsible for West Coast and the Midwest, while EMX US Inc. will be responsible for US East Coast accounts. EMX Enterprises Limited will continue to service the Canadian market.

We find ourselves standing at a pivotal moment in the evolution of global and domestic supply chains. With the implementation of our transformative “go-to-market” strategy, we are poised to revolutionize the microelectronics market by meeting the demands of the entire North American region for re-shoring and near shoring.

Our cutting-edge capabilities with the support of our distribution partners will allow us to cater to the needs of this dynamic market, ensuring that our products and services are readily available and of the highest quality. By harnessing the power of TCT and EMX, we will not only satisfy the requirements of the North American market but also enable seamless operations across borders.

In preparation for this transition Isola, EMX and TCT have significantly invested in both capital and personnel and will be ready to begin servicing customers in September 2023. In addition to its existing 30,000 ft2 CCL/PP fabrication facility in Plymouth, Minnesota, TCT is in the process of completing its expansion into its new 35,000 ft2 headquarters located in Anaheim, California and a new 45,000 ft2 facility in Milpitas, California that is shared with Isola. All three facilities have cutting, tooling and storage capabilities to support the full line of Isola and TCT products. Additionally, a 15,000 ft2 warehouse has been established in Chicago, Illinois to support local, quick-turn requirements.

EMX and Isola have a strong history and have worked together for more than 30 years to deliver quality lamination materials and support to customers. EMX US is pleased to expand its partnership with Isola to servicing the East Coast region of the United States. EMX US’s capital investment to establish an East Coast distribution center has positioned it to deliver high quality products and services to the PCB fabrication industry. Isola and EMX look forward to working together with to deliver innovative solutions for our customers’ most complex and challenging applications.

We look forward to discussing these exciting changes with you. Your sales representative will be contacting you shortly to ensure a smooth transition.
